TomaRashi is infused with the Japanese spice mix, Schichimi Togarashi, which is made up of nori, toasted sesame, poppy and hemp seeds, chili flakes and ginger. The creamy, buttery quality of the cheese is a perfect complement to the gentle heat and umami flavors of the Togarashi. Pair with a Japanese lager.
