We are our own distributor! Peggy Smith & Sue Conley started making cheese using Straus Family Dairy organic milk in the late 1990s, and the rest is history. We are very selective with who we work with, partnering with like-minded business in both our producers and customer base. What does that mean? We work with producers that are sustainably focused, animal welfare conscious and high-quality driven. Our intent is always to help move the industry forward.

We carefully curate our pantry and charcuterie collections with items that are cheese-friendly and pair particularly well with different milk types, styles and textures.
