Reminiscent of the classic French crottin, Fog Lights is made the same way as the Cypress Grove classic, Humboldt Fog, except...mini (and minus the line of vegetable ash running through the middle). Dense, cakey and crumbly, the flavors are creamy, tangy and with notes of citrus throughout. Perfect for an after dinner cheese-course with fresh fruit and roasted nuts.
